Terms of Sale
All products displayed on our website or social media are subject to availability. Price, features, images, and warranty details are clearly mentioned for each product. Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final unless changes are requested within valid time.
ওয়েবসাইট ও সামাজিক মাধ্যমে প্রদর্শিত সকল পণ্য স্টকভিত্তিক বিক্রি হয়। প্রতিটি পণ্যের মূল্য, বৈশিষ্ট্য, ছবি ও গ্যারান্টি সুনির্দিষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ করা থাকে। অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর সেটি চূড়ান্ত ধরা হবে এবং পরিবর্তন/বাতিলের ক্ষেত্রে শর্ত প্রযোজ্য।
Delivery Timeline
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days. In case of delays due to weather, holidays, or courier issues, customers will be informed accordingly.
ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে: ১–৩ কার্যদিবস। ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৫ কার্যদিবস। প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, ছুটির দিন, বা কুরিয়ারের সমস্যা হলে বিলম্ব হতে পারে এবং গ্রাহককে জানানো হবে।
Refund & Return Policy
If the product is defective or wrong, customers can apply for a refund within 7 days with proper proof. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are provided via bKash only. Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. For change of mind or customer-requested returns, courier charges must be borne by the customer.
পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে বা ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হলে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে প্রমাণসহ ফেরতের আবেদন করলে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে। ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে শুধুমাত্র বিকাশে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হয়। পণ্য অক্ষত, ব্যবহারবিহীন ও মূল প্যাকেজসহ ফিরিয়ে দিলে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে। গ্রাহকের অনুরোধে ফেরত পাঠানোর ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার খরচ গ্রাহক বহন করবেন।
Warranty & After-Sales Service
Selected items are covered under service warranty In different terms. Products under warranty may be repaired or replaced. Invoice and original packaging must be presented for warranty claims.
নির্দিষ্ট কিছু পণ্যে বিভিন্ন মেয়াদে সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি দেওয়া হয়। ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পণ্য মেরামত বা প্রতিস্থাপন করা হবে। ইনভয়েস ও পণ্যের মূল কভার সংরক্ষণ বাধ্যতামূলক।
Payment & Privacy Policy
Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed. Customer data (name, address, phone, email) is used solely for order processing and customer support. Information is never shared with third parties. Learn more
পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম: ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট। সকল লেনদেন এনক্রিপ্টেড ও নিরাপদ পরিবেশে পরিচালিত হয়। গ্রাহকের তথ্য (নাম, ঠিকানা, ফোন, ইমেইল) শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার প্রসেস ও কাস্টমার সাপোর্টের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়। কোনোভাবেই তৃতীয় পক্ষের সঙ্গে শেয়ার করা হয় না। আরও জানুন
Customer Service & Liability
Customer service: 6 days a week, 10 AM – 8 PM. Delivery charges inside Dhaka: BDT 60–70, outside Dhaka: BDT 120–150. Sushbit is not responsible for damage due to misuse or accidents. Only manufacturer defects are covered under warranty.
সপ্তাহে ৬ দিন: রবিবার–শুক্রবার, সকাল ১০টা থেকে রাত ৮টা। ঢাকা সিটি ডেলিভারি চার্জ: ৬০–৭০ টাকা। ঢাকার বাইরে: ১২০–১৫০ টাকা। ব্যবহারের ভুল বা দুর্ঘটনাজনিত ক্ষতির জন্য Sushbit দায়ী নয়। কেবল ফ্যাক্টরি/ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটির ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য।
